7ikot reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Age Verification: 7ikot takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.
Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 7ikot at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering your 7ikot account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 7ikot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7ikot login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your 7ikot account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
If you suspect that your 7ikot account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 7ikot support immediately via live chat. 7ikot will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.
All financial transactions on 7ikot are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 7ikot supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: Deposits to your 7ikot account are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 7ikot within the timeframes specified in the platform's payment information section. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 7ikot reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Anti-Money Laundering: 7ikot is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 7ikot may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
7ikot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ikot platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
7ikot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that 7ikot reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, 7ikot may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 7ikot reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7ikot support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
All content on the 7ikot platform — including but not limited to the 7ikot brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of 7ikot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7ikot platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 7ikot platform without the prior written consent of 7ikot.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ikot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 7ikot platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 7ikot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7ikot's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the 7ikot platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7ikot does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the 7ikot platform at your own risk.
7ikot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a 7ikot account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
